Michael Hodgin launched his first construction company as a one-man operation in 2000. Over time, he grew Coleman Creek Construction into a thriving team of 15, earning a reputation for excellence across Southern Oregon. His unique blend of data-driven decision-making and meticulous attention to detail led to the development of proprietary systems that set the company apart—systems designed to eliminate guesswork, ensure accurate bids, and keep schedules on track.
In 2016, Michael joined Remodeler’s Advantage, deepening his commitment to delivering value not just to homeowners, but to the industry as a whole. His passion for building efficient, scalable systems sparked the creation of Maestro’s Toolbox—a platform designed to help service-based businesses grow with clarity, confidence, and sustainability.
After two decades of listening to homeowners and solving complex remodeling challenges, Michael now channels his expertise into helping other business owners do the same.
